We collect your email address when you join the waitlist or create an account. We collect documents you upload to the Service. We collect usage data (queries, interactions) to improve the Service.
Your email is used to communicate about the Service. Your uploaded documents are processed solely to provide query responses. Usage data is used to improve product quality and is never sold to third parties.
Your documents are encrypted at rest and in transit. We use industry-standard security practices. Documents are stored in isolated environments and are not accessible to other users.
When using BYOK (Bring Your Own Key), your queries are sent directly to your chosen AI provider under your own account. PMbase does not intercept or store these queries beyond the time needed to process your request.
You may delete your documents at any time. Upon deletion, documents are permanently removed from our systems within 30 days. Account data is retained until you request deletion.
