PMbase is an AI-powered platform that helps biomedical equipment technicians and healthcare technology management teams search, query, and retrieve information from their uploaded medical device documentation.
You retain ownership of all documents and data you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant PMbase a limited license to process and index that content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not use your documents to train AI models or share them with third parties.
The Service may allow you to use your own API keys for third-party AI providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic). You are responsible for all costs, usage, and compliance associated with your API keys. PMbase does not store or have access to your API keys beyond the minimum required to process your requests.
PMbase provides AI-generated responses based on your uploaded documents. While we cite sources, AI-generated content may contain errors. Always verify critical information against original manufacturer documentation before performing maintenance procedures. PMbase is not liable for actions taken based on AI-generated responses.
Pricing is as listed on our website at the time of subscription. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Refunds are provided at our discretion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PMbase shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
