The job is hard enough. Your tools shouldn't make it harder.

Manual overload

Every device has a 200+ page service manual. You maintain 500+ devices across your facility. When a ventilator alarm goes off at 2am, you need answers fast — not a PDF search party.

“I spend more time looking things up than actually turning a wrench.”

Compliance pressure

Joint Commission surveys can happen anytime. One missed PM = a citation. CMS conditions of participation require documented evidence for every procedure.

Knowledge drain

Senior techs retire, taking decades of undocumented expertise with them. Tribal knowledge about quirks, workarounds, and tips walks out the door.

Software that doesn't get it

Your CMMS tracks schedules and work orders. It doesn't help you actually DO the work. You still open the manual, search the OEM website, call tech support, or ask the senior tech — every single time.

Three steps. Zero friction.

1

Upload your docs

Service manuals, PM procedures, OEM bulletins, TJC standards. PDF, DOCX, any format. PMbase indexes everything so you can search across your entire library in seconds.

2

Ask in plain English

“What's the PM procedure for a Welch Allyn Connex Spot?”
“What torque spec for the Dräger ventilator turbine replacement?”
“What does Joint Commission require for defibrillator testing frequency?”

3

Get cited answers

Every response references the exact document, page number, and section. Audit-ready documentation you can trust — and verify.

See it in action

Real questions. Real citations. Real answers from your manuals.

What's the replacement interval for the battery?

The Li-ion battery pack (part number 3202074) has a replacement interval of 3 years from date of manufacture, or 500 charge cycles, whichever comes first.

Per Section 5.2.1: “Battery should be replaced when capacity falls below 80% of rated capacity or at 3-year interval regardless of performance.”
